Atleet is one of the most beloved cheese brands in Estonia, the recipe of which has remained unchanged ever since it was first created. The author of the recipe, which was created more than 35 years ago, is Valve Kelp, technologist at the Võru cheese plant, who was awarded with the bronze medal at the Moscow exhibition of people’s economic achievements in 1984 for developing Atleet cheese and technology.
