Alma sour whole milk is produced of pasteurised pure milk, whereas the fat content of the milk is naturally varying and is exactly the same as in the milk originally delivered from the farms (3.8–4.2%).
The product symbolises a natural, rural and domestic way of life and has the recognised quality of Alma.
